    The matter of the Outcasts have to be updated to all pilots ASAP, and a decision must be made with the consensus of the entire Order faction. Please attend in-game Early Morning Saturday GMT to discuss the matter with Admiral Kirk. If a in-game meet cannot occur please don't hesitate to use live chat areas such as AIM or MSN to facilitate group talks.

    Personal Note: I will be out personally as this weekend is a holiday weekend stateside (Labor Day) so going to be camping with family. Admiral Kirk knows my stance so I follow his lead on the matter.
