Suspected Nomad Spy - Lota_122

He's wearing order affiliation, but he has a Nomad name. Acted suspicious when I hailed him as an order patrol from one of my transport alts. Be on the lookout

NOTE: I believe the nomads are beginning patrols in Bretonia space. This is very troubling.

Lota_122 was found to be unresponsive and shows no visual signs of Nomad infection. Order Rep, Unlawful ID.
Lota_122 was downed in New Berlin yesterday for provoking OIA agent with weapon targeting module set on Planet New Berlin. Lota_122 was holding Bunschuch manufactured Bio-Toxins in his/her hold, therefore risk of attack on civilian planet was legitimate.

Suggest continued surveillance on target Lota_122, KOS order as of yet is NO GO.

OIA Operative Update:

Lota_122 artifact smuggler. Order pilots are to intercept and have contraband artifacts surrendered if target is in possession, kill order authorized if non-compliant.

KOS still NO GO.
