Added New Topic Threads

I've added two event threads: one hidden, other is public. Use this to share planning on an event with each event having its own post. REMEMBER there are some SWWT players that come in here every blue moon so just make sure anything you want to keep hidden goes to our private forum.

We also have a Diplomacy thread used as a contact point for non-faction guests, so let everyone know of its availability when you can.

Finally moved a couple topics around to keep things neat, remember that creating a new section is really easy so if you need a specified section that isn't created just let me know.
