Added new thread to Order member fourms

Alright there's gonna be some operations coming up so use the Ongoing Order Operations thread to keep up to date and check whos doing what. Also we theres a sub-thread for those vet officers who want to create special combat wings. Get in touch with each other, find out your timezones so you can partner up and fly around as a linked, cohesive, fighter group. Plus it makes things fun!
