by War has broken out between the Lane Hackers (former close-allies with the OC) and the Outcast Nation has just been declared. Order Intelligence Agents were heavily involved in that situation and are planning to continue to support their Lane Hacker 'unofficial' allies without getting the Order directly involved through OIA assets.
OC have done away with Commander Blackshamrock's and Admiral Kirk's passage treaty and I am expecting a blockade in place to the Unknown systems. Probability for increased tensions are unknown as relations can go either way.
Nippon offensive will continue, with our pilots entering Kusari for Contact Engagements against Nippon Ace Pilots. A Kusari Underground is being set up at the moment and we are hoping to charge them with primary military offensives in hopes of weakening Nippon. If the Underground is established we can dirvert forces from the Nippon engagement theater to concentrate Order military for a probable 3rd theater of war against OC.

Codename: Gamma "skiffs" are now seeing active duty with the [L~H] under OIA direct-control.
