    Nomad Nephil spotted in New York yesterday. He was attacked and defeated by Liberty Navy and a Planetform Pilot.
    He was spotted again by Osprey Patrol in Alaska, however he remained docked at the Nomad Base and would not come out. Be on alert, he is operating in Liberty Space.
