Objective: Have two desktop icons that are different mods. (Open one shortcut it is SWWT, open the other(s) and it is a different mod, without having to change using FLMM everytime)

    Steps:

    1. Download Freelancer Mod Manager
    2. Download the two mods you want to switch between
    3. Make sure that the two mods are in the \mods directory in the Freelancer Account Manager folder usually C:\Program Files\Freelancer Mod Manager\Mods
    4. Make sure you have a fresh install of Freelancer
    5. Copy the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer folder (Freelancer Folder) and paste it in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games (Microsoft Games Folder)
    6. Now use FLMM to activate one of the mods
    7. Go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games (Microsoft Games foler) and rename the "Freelancer" folder to the name of the mod you just activated.
    8. In that same folder (Microsoft Games folder) rename the "Freelancer copy" or whatever the copied Freelancer folder's name is to "Freelancer" (this is very important)
    9. Copy the new "Freelancer" folder and keep that as a backup (optional but recommendded)
    10. Use FLMM to activate the second mod
    11. Repeat step 7
    12. Go to one of the mod's folders (example: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Freelancer Shattered Worlds War Torn ) and open the "EXE" folder
    13. Right click on the "Freelancer.exe" file should just look like the original Icon unless it is SWWT then it should look like the SWWT icon, once you have right clicked that file you should "Create Shortcut" and if it asks for you to put in on the Deskop click yes or ok, if not then right click the new "Freelancer Copy" or whatever it named the copied file of "Freelancer.exe" and cut then paste it on the Desktop, now rename it to the mod name.
    14. Do this for the second or however many mods you have done this with to create shortcuts for them. Then create a direct link to the server IP address by following this guide: Direct Connect Guide

Now you are done and when you want to play on SWWT just use the SWWT icon on your Desktop, and if you want to play the other mod just use that icon!

*This guide explains how to do this in depth, it is very simple to do, this guide was made for someone who has little experience editing files/modding*
