Orders

Basically, Command could issue weekly or monthly (or any other type of time unit) orders that they want the whole faction to do. Like "Patrol New York System" or "Investigate Nomad cultist claims in the California system. They could also specify players if they wanted specific missions or tasks done. Such as "Trent, eliminate Nomad flight wing in Omicron Theta."
Just an idea.
